Should you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we kindly ask that you contact at least 4 operating hours prior to your appointment time. You can cancel your appointment online by logging into your account, or calling the Boutique directly. If you don’t cancel within that time frame, you will be charged $25 for each scheduled service.
